Jill Burns

OWNER

Jill Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. She is a licensed Civil Engineer in California (#C61577) and Washington (#42198), and a Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (California No. C61577). She has 26 years’ experience in hydrology, hydraulics, erosion control, technical writing, drafting, permit compliance, and storm water pollution prevention. She formerly worked for Caltrans as a Hydraulics/Hydrology Engineer. Ms. Burns has taken many storm water training courses.

Dave Burns

OWNER

Dave Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Southern Utah University. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in California (#8024) and Washington (#21000921) and a Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (California No. 00715). He has 23 years’ experience in geology, environmental science, pollution mitigation, erosion control, technical writing, permit compliance, and storm water pollution prevention. He formerly worked for Caltrans as an Engineering Geologist in the Hazardous Waste Division. Mr. Burns has taken many storm water training courses.

Together, Jill Burns and Dave Burns have collaboratively written over 1,800 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Pollution Control Programs, and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans.
